This Site functions as a catalogue and enquiry tool, not an online store. Product listings, descriptions and indicative prices are provided for information purposes. No purchase, payment or contract of sale is concluded through the Site itself — all orders are confirmed directly with our team in-store or via WhatsApp.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, weight and pricing. However:
Personalised pieces, including name necklaces and resized items, are made to your specification once you've confirmed the order details (such as spelling, size and metal) with our team. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide us — please double-check spelling and sizing before confirming a custom order.
We do not process payments through the Site. Payment, deposits or layby arrangements are handled directly in-store or as agreed with our team over WhatsApp, in accordance with our standard in-store payment policies at the time.

All content on this Site — including product photography, text, logos and design — is the property of Pyramid Jewellers unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
